Client code of conduct

It is natural to feel angry on occasion. If you feel angry while contacting me or meeting with me, try to be kind at the same time. If I am the recipient of verbal or physical aggression, I reserve the right to end our conversation. This is to ensure my safety and that of any bystanders, and to protect the integrity of your assessment/treatment. If a session is cut short because of aggression on your part, you will still be charged the full fee for that session.
