Any person may make a complaint. You have the right to make a complaint, and to have your concerns be heard. Your feedback helps me improve services, for you and other persons accessing my services. Here is how you can make a complaint:
Step 1
If you feel comfortable, please raise the issue with me. This may help resolve your concerns or clarify any misunderstandings. You can do this in session or by contacting me via email.
Step 2
If you do not feel comfortable raising the issue with me, you can submit a complaint to an external organisation (i.e., health complaints organisation, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). Click here for more information on how to do this.
