Base Fee: $4,800 (plus GST)
The Australian Psychological Society’s recommended fee is $300 for 60 minutes of assessment-related activities. The base fee is based on the time required to complete a typical assessment (i.e., about two workdays or 16 hours), including collecting and reviewing supporting documentation, conducting the assessment interview, scoring psychological measures, and writing the assessment report.
No discounts are available. On occasion, it becomes apparent during the assessment process that more work than typical will be required to complete the assessment (e.g., extensive file review). Additional charges would apply in this instance. These charges would be discussed with you in advance.
Clients seeking forensic assessment services may be eligible for funding through Victoria Legal Aid.
